Anyone here have pulmonary fibrosis and osteoporosis?

I am a 67 year-old woman and I was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis 2 1/2 years ago. I recently had a Prolia injection for severe osteoporosis and within two days felt an exacerbation of pulmonary fibrosis symptoms. Both pulmonologist and rheumatologist say the sudden worsening of the pulmonary fibrosis symptoms (oxygen levels and palpitations with exertion) are not related to Prolia injection, but I have seen some research about this possibility. Anyone out there with lung disease that has been given Prolia and can share their experience? I'm afraid to get the next scheduled Prolia injection in six months.
