Effect of robotic Hysterectomy on lichen sclerosis

I am almost 80. I have had HPV for a decade. In March 2025 I was diagnosed with lichen sclerosis after experiencing at least 6 months of genital burning and am now on clobetasol. I'm still burning; it's unclear if my LS condition is improving or worsening. In late March 2025 I had a cold knife cone procedure because I have cervical stenosis. No cervical cancer was found (some high grade lesions were removed) but some higher expression of mutations Tp53 and Ki-67 were indicated in the endometrium. A different surgeon I saw recently urges me to have a complete robotic hysterectomy. Does anyone know the risk of the trauma of that surgery triggering the LC to become vulvar cancer? Does robotic vs abdominal hysterectomy make a difference?
