EBV Liver Damage - Jaundice Help

Hello,
Has anyone has EBV hepatitis?
I am 33 yr old woman that had mono for 10 months in 2022. I was diagnosed with chronic EBV. I did 10 ozone iv treatments that seemed to help. I was taking lysine, monolaurin, valtrex, you name it and I was on it.
This year I became jaundice and was hospitalized twice. I lost 12 lbs (I’m down to 92lbs) I got mri, cts, many labs and a liver biopsy.
The hospital dr said I had ‘likely herbal supplement induced cholangitis’ from the herbal supplements but he brushed me off after I told him I was seeing a functional medicine doctor. I went to another GI dr today to review my liver biopsy and said it was from EBV. My EBV numbers were really high and have been the past two months. I’m no longer jaundice but I’m so afraid of that happening again if it were caused by EBV. I nearly almost died and the doctors in Oklahoma don’t help. My pcp said everyone has EBV and it’s probably hormones or stress. How do people manage the liver issue? Does it reoccur? What doctor do I need to see? I’ve exhausted all my resources and have tried everything. I thought I was doing ok until I got jaundice in June. Please help!
