Early Acute HIV symptoms or something else. Will test on 26th May.

Exposure: Singular encounter on 23/4 at 9:45 P.M (no previous risk) Protected insertive PIV intercourse (I am a heterosexual cisgender male), protection switched between after ejaculation.
Wounds: Wrist burn wound on 12/4 that had a scab, pubic hair removed by scissor no bleeding, air with a cyst removed in mon pubis without an bleeding on 23/4 morning.
Symptoms with timing:
Pre existing conditions: pressure urticaria and oral thrush, lymph node assymetry on neck.
Excessive sweating: at night 27/4-10/5 gone with fan temp 30° C with 74% humidity.
Swollen lymph node: from 26/27 with left neck matted, right neck also swollen all are movable unknown status of inguinal nodes.
Diarrhea: first on 26/4 at 8 p.m but on off since 12/5 but my stool floats and the color is dark brown.
Rash: from 9/5 to 16/5 first at left side arm them right then feet and knee. One on one 16/5 face one hand 5, blanching have long distances between them. Chest has two that were non blanching.
26/4: Fever, mild unknown temperature at night along with diarrhea at 7 p.m also bright yellow urine.
27/4: Woke up with sweat on neck and forehead but unsoaked clothes at evening had a dry mouth. At 1 pm body temp approx under 100°F. Sore throat and nausea. Experienced hematochezia at 7-8 p.m with yellow stool (blood was on a side of the stool), anal soreness.
28/4: Woke up with the arm I was sleeping having some stiffness (slept with an arm under the pillow); left testicular pain that occured at evening that lasted a minute.
29/4: At evening felt right testicular pain that changed with position along with lower back pain.
30/4: Testicular pain gone. Felt like I had intermittent fever at morning (head warm which was gone withing 15 min of paracetamol 650mg).
1/5-3/5: Subjective fevers most likely as had warm head but 37.3/37.5° C oral temperature but head warm.
4/5: Drowsiness but my dry mouth is gone.
7/5: Drowsiness, fevers all gone
8/5: Sore throat gone but felt sharp pain under mon pubis.
10/5: Right cheek swollen.
Additionally Dad and brother and dad also had diarrhea but no fever also had blanching rash who was out of station from 12/4 to 1/5 may be other infection. Rash was on arms but no fever or other symptoms can't discuss this with him.
