Ear thumping matching the audio of videos.

This has been going on for about over a year, whenever i watch tv, use my phone, or just play out a video without headphones my ear makes this beating sound and its matching the audio or the words they say, idk what the cause of this is pls help.

I'd suggest contacting an ENT. I lost part of hearing due to HNC. I wear aids. Hope it improves for you.

according to my medical team it's common for hearing to be affected.

I had the heart beat flow sounds after each of my surgeries. It goes away.
