Anyone experiencing severe dry eye while on Enhertu?

I am on a trial drug SKB264 and initially immunotherapy (Keytruda). I have severe eye issues but started using Systane Ultra lubricating eye drops which have definitely eased the symptoms and if I can remember (bloody chemo brain) I use before bed time. 👍💪🤗

OK. Thanks for that. I am on stronger stuff now, like steroid eye drops of two different kinds, lubricating Vaseline with other stuff in it before bed, and required (if I ever remember) to put heat packs on my eyes twice a day. Included in all this are lubricating eye drops to be used at least four x a day. Just wondering if it was the chemo, since I was diagnosed with blepharitis and dry eye before the trial; but it seems to have gotten much worse.
