Dry ejaculation

Posted by samolee @samolee, Aug 5 12:42am

I had colorectal cancer when I was 34yrs and I’m 38 now. Prostate was removed and it’s hard to erect but I still have orgasm which is dry “No-Fluid”. All kinds of medication ain’t working. Does anyone know how much it cost to get penile implant? Cuz penile injection works for me but too expensive to stick to. Also, I don’t know if I still got sperm to make babies in me. Any suggestions would help. Thanks.

Let me begin by way of introduction, I’m 81. In ‘21 I had a robo assisted prostotictym no cancer found but 93%of prostate removed. 12/23 penile implant ( Medicare pays 100% for ED), 1/22/25 right Total Knee
Replacement, July 30, 2025 left TKR (presently rehabbing).
I too have dry ejaculations. I understand NOW my procedure could have been done and still maintained my ejaculation. But that ship has sailed for both of us, I think, but I would ask EVERYBODY.
Blessings to you my brother.

Can you give a little more detail on the penile implant please?
What type was it? Was it successful? Are you happy with results?
Did it change the dimensions of your penis? Any info would be appreciated.
Thank you!
