Dosage and side effects of XGeva

Between some radionuclide cancer treatments and probably my age, I had a significant bone density decline (12%) in a year. The oncologist is prescribing Xgeva injections every 4 weeks. I have dental issues periodically and had considered implants but the dentists said that wasn't possible/practical if planning to take Xgeva or Zometa either. Anyone on that frequency and if so, how have you tolerated it? Thanks
