Has anyone had any side effects from using these drops; specifically, dizziness and headache?

I have been on Dorzolamide for a long time and do not have dizziness or headaches. I am also on Pilocarpine and Rocklatan. I've been fighting glaucoma for over 30 years now. I saw optimologist on Friday and my pressures were 10 and 10 which is good for me.

Thanks, Don, for your thoughts. 10 and 10 is great. Mine is 19 and 22. I got this glaucoma from getting eye injections for macular degeneration. I will see my neuro eye doc in 2 weeks and see what she thinks. What are Pilocarpine and Rocklatan? Eye meds?

Yes both pilocarpine and Rocklatan are glaucoma eye drops. The pilocarpine constricts my pupils which makes it harder to see unless there is lots of light. My doc says there may be a new replacement for pilocarpine sometime this year.
