Does your pain get worse with changing weather?
It's been a couple of stormy days here and that equals bad pain for me.
For the past few years spring has been awful. My joints ache but I also have terrible inflammation.
Winter isn't as bad for some reason although I still have stiffness but my peripheral neuropathy is more painful in warmer weather.
Just wanting to hear from anyone willing to share their experiences with pain and weather.
What helps your pain the most?

Yes humidity too. I live where the humidity is like a thick blanket when it comes around. Lots of trees and open land. I use cbd at times that can help. I always keep a certain brand of cbd rub in my purse.
me too. The flares were the WORST pain ever. Fortunately I have not had for 20 years. But the rest of the time the gout only surfaces when I exert myself. Now it is well controlled with the Allopurinol. Its a disease. So once we have it, it stays and we always have to be careful and manage it!
That’s a lot of humidity! You can almost wring the moisture out of the air.
That’s normal for me! If it drops below say 30%, I get dry, red lips and my nose hurts.
When the barometric pressure like a rain storm yes its a fact the body hurts more! I had been used to it for a long time. My husband had his third knee surgery and now knows the feeling as he can tell when the weather changes.
Absolutely. The only thing that really helps is for the weather to clear and knowing I will feel better when it does. Believe me I have lost a few years of my life trying to g to figure out why I hurt so bad in bad weather and now I just practice self compassion and wait.
