Does your pain get worse with changing weather?
It's been a couple of stormy days here and that equals bad pain for me.
For the past few years spring has been awful. My joints ache but I also have terrible inflammation.
Winter isn't as bad for some reason although I still have stiffness but my peripheral neuropathy is more painful in warmer weather.
Just wanting to hear from anyone willing to share their experiences with pain and weather.
What helps your pain the most?

For those who get diagnosed with inflammation, that’s not RA or OA then you need to check out if you have gout, which is a real simple fix. Many years ago, the military refused to issue me the opioid and the ibuprofen me right into the hospital. They gave me so much anti-inflammatory NSAIDs. I developed an allergic reaction. I want to tell you that I had withdrawals so unbelievable after I was told to stop with the NSAIDs. Eventually, my doctors outside of the military settled on devon which was recalled in 200seven and then we settled on Percocet where I stay after all these years. I don’t find the five or 10 mg I take twice a day of any consequence, except that it gets rid of a tailbone problem pain that the doctors haven’t been able to resolve. There’s little that can be done with your tailbone. Everything else I’ve had replaced like my joints in my spine, but it’s the tailbone pain that could never be remedied. The other thing I like is MFR deep my facial tissue release and there’s a section here on that you should read up on. It’s really helpful because my muscles all of them tend to tighten up. They said I will need that for the rest of my life. I’m 68 years old. I’ve tried everything. For three or four weeks now I’ve been on an increased exercise regime of an hour and a half a day because the surgeon’s not ready to do surgery again and the pain management doctor said no more steroid injections for now. I take bioidentical hormones and I’m on the bone medicines. I take vitamin vitamin DThat need is also something that runs in the family and I inherited gout so I take medicine for that. But it’s the exercise an hour and a half a day that’s become addictive and actually is making me feel better than I felt in 25 or 30 years. I hate it. I hate having to exercise, but it is what it is and I want my life back.
