Does anyone with CLL also have Pyoderma Gangrenosum?

I have had CLL for 14 years. Had an outbreak of Pyoderma Gangrenosum in 2017-18 . It was very difficult to treat using every tool Dermatologist had but finally got it under control with chemo. Experienced a second episode two months ago. Have a new hematologist who does not seem to understand that PG can be triggered by immune related disorders.
I wonder if anyone else with CLL has been diagnosed with Pyoderma Gangrenosum? If so, how was it treated?
