@lottiest
I have been getting infusions for RA for the past 12 years.
I had Remicade for 4 years and Simponi for the last 8 years.
I have had NO progression of RA disease process.
Here's what worked for me with Simponi:
Drink extra water the day and night before your infusion.
The day and night after the infusion keep hydrating.
I have a tendency to get migraines and when I don't hydrate well, I was getting a headache.
Also, because of that I take one low dose tylenol before my infusion.
But everyone is different and you have to talk with your doctors and nurses!
Also, the first time I had Simponi I felt short of breath. My nurses did 2 things:
I took a benadryl and they slowed the pace of the IV down.
Both things helped me and it never happened again.

So I wouldn't call these "problems with Simponi", just ways my nurses cared for me when I started a new drug.
