Does anyone have skin issues

My hands and feet are bad and 've tried alot of things. Does anyone know if vaseline is the safest thing for redness, leathery feeling and dry skin on my hands and feet? Please help with anything you might know could help and does anyone else suffer with this. I have alot of other symptoms too because apparently my nervous system is screwed up.

I can’t address what your condition might respond to, but I use a product my dermatologist recommended to me and it works well. It’s Cereve Psoriasis Strength Body Cream. Light blue bottle. I think it’s worth it.
