does anyone have prurigo nodularis with NO itch?
i have had a skin punch biopsy that confirmed i had prurigo nodularis and also a mayo clinic dermatologist confirmed i have it. when i do research on the skin condition it says it’s the most itchiest skin disease. it’s extremely rare so every doctor i see about it they don’t know how to help me. all the medications they can prescribe is supposed to help with the itch. there is no cure. i am going to see the top doctor specialized in prurigo nodularis in maryland next week im hoping to get some answers. i’m wondering if anyone that has PN also doesn’t have itch associated with it?

I suffer from Hypertropic Lichen Planus mostly on my arms and legs. I scratched the front of my leg so badly I created large sores.
Out of desperation, my new
dermatologist prescribed Nemluvio. It is off brand for my condition. Never the less,
my nonstop itching stopped
Completely within 48 hrs. and has not returned! It has been about 6 months and I am com-

I have Prurigo Nodularis. I am glad there is some discussion on this. Who are you seeinf in Maryland? I have just about exhausted every dermatologist here and the guru of dermatologists tole me there was nothing else he could do for me. Nothing has worked and this has been going on for 4-5 years now. I am 72. No family history of skin issues. I did go to Cleveland Clinic and they did nothing! I have seen another one and they have put me back on Nemluvio. It is very itchy and miserable. Constant pruritus is the same as constant pain.
