Does anyone have experience with PEP?

I was diagnosed years ago with autoimmune encephalopathy by Mayo clinic and have more been diagnosed with Parkinson's.
I am not receiving IVIG currently and wonder if it would be a good idea of the Parkinsons and AE might be linked.
