Does anyone find that a type of shoe helps your foot neuropathy?
I am on a constant quest for shoes that don't kill my feet due to the neuropathy. I find that Spencos and Wolky shoes seem the best. Are there any other suggestions? Shoes can be just crippling for me. Horrid.

As a former lab tech and neuropathy symptom sufferer…. You are so right about being aware and understanding your lab results and when to do something with a professional you have researched. Then, proceed with caution and awareness.
You have done a great job. I did same thing with the Gabapentin. Had these symptoms beginning 12 years ago. Happy New Yeae.
Barefoot shoes do it very well for neuropathy. Go to Amazon & learn all about them or just Google them. Legitimate reviews are posted.
They are truly a game changer.

I find some relief from my homemade essential oil lotion. Research yourself ask Dr. I like garden of life organic essential oil.
I love my Hokas. Recommended by my foot Dr in Houston
I love my Altra walking shoes. Not perfect but the large toe box plus Thorlo socks really help.
Hi, it can be a pain to find the best shoes. I was diagnosed with neuropathy three years ago. I don’t know why, every test under the sun.
I found sketchers slip-ons… (Amazon) Believe me, like you I've bought many shoes ext.
Good luck on your quest.
My symptoms are not as acute as those in many of the replies, here, but they are very similar and I, too, have had trouble with shoes that hurt. I found Kuru wide toebox shoes work well for me: Atom and Quantum 2 and for boots, Quest. They have heels that wrap around the heel of the foot when you step into them. I also went to a gait physical therapist, which I highly recommend for neuropathy in the feet. They have equipment that helps them see where the pain is and they can adjust the inserts to take pressure off that pain but still keep balance. The combination of Kuru shoes and a physical therapist with a gait specialty got me back on my feet.
