does anyone else wear gloves 7 month a year around the house?

I can't type or move the mouse without gloves on most of the year.
My hands or fingers don't change color. So I don't think it is Raynauds but just part of Fibro. I have cold feet too and that has been labeled paresthesia a form of neuropathy with unknown cause. I am a woman who wears mens work socks to bed. So lack of circulation to both extremities.

quilterfingers, My hands and feet felt this way when my B12 was low....have you had your B12 checked lately? I too
have Fibro and the parasthesia symptoms was low B12. Once I started weekly B12 injections, it went away.

Praying for you to get some relief. Blessings to you....

Wow, do the B12 medicine have to be injected? What about a pill?
Bless you for the info.

I do have this as well. Never thought it could be B12. I should have it tested as well. My toes do seem to look bluish, but not my fingers. My daughter has Reynaulds and she gets the color changes. I have wondered if it was also Reynaulds but just not the same symptoms.
Do you have really soft socks? I have issues with shoes and socks rubbing on my feet? What brand do you get?

quilterfingers, Yes, the B12 injection has to be injected. The sublingual B12 did not get my
B12 up fast enough years ago when this started.

Unless you are unusually low, you only have to get the B12 injection once a month. My daughter
is a nurse and she gives them to me. Do you have a nurse in your family that could do that?

Blessings & Prayers for answers for you.

No nurses.
I will check to see if I can add yet another pill, or as U mentioned a pill that U put under your tongue. Sometimes my mouth is so dry I wonder how long it would take to dissolve.

michelle1075, I think these are the socks my daughter got for me on Amazon. Non binding and seamless. I find them very comfortable.

If they do not work for you, you can send them back.

Hugh-Ugoli Bamboo Diabetic socks for women/$14.98 (on sale now) for set of 3. These come in many colors. I have the black and white ones.

I hope these help.

Blessings & Prayers & have a great day!
