I learned that my “hidden treasure” (It gives me peace in giving it a name because it has truly brought me closer to God) is calcified and they, my neurologist and neurosurgeon, doesn’t expect a change at this time. I found myself with the constant worries of what-ifs. Since my recent results I have come to terms that every day is a blessing, I’ve calmed down A LOT and living more without the worries. My advice is to stay positive and do the things you love the most because the stress of what-ifs will make it harder to cope. Good luck with your journey and I’ll keep you updated on mine!

I have a falx meningioma but mine is posterior, not anterior. Your post resonated with me as I have also decided to not worry about what-ifs. I think a key factor in being able to let go of the stress is to find a neurosurgeon that you have true confidence in.

I've just found out I have one of these friends tagging along, and has been for some time now...As per my most recent scan, it's measured at 49mm x 9mm, bit of an increase from when it was originally seen approximately 18 months ago, but not directly noted.
I was recently confirmed / diagnosed as having FND (Functional Neurological Disorder) due to medical episodes I've been experiencing for some time, but was only in the recent PET Scan, was it actually pointed out & noted.

At this point in time, I'm now waiting for my Neurologist to gather all my relevant medical notes together so a clear path can be made as to what direction we go.
Unsure if the 2 things are actually related or not, but quite possible when you read into things.
