Yes mine do all the time. Especially the lower part of my body. Revitive medic helps a little and i am trying my footspa tonight. Will let you know the outcome.
Yes! My thighs especially. I have lost weight and really hoped that would help, but no such luck. Movement does help, but it’s hard to move when I feel like my legs are made of lead
Yes me too it’s horrible just makes doing every day tasks very difficult have been on gabapentin now for two weeks and it’s worse and also very bad at night so getting very little sleep wondering if gabapentin is the right treatment for this ?

I am on a Facebook chat site for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and this is a common complaint in this group. I have read fibro and CFS are two different things. They do have some similar symptoms. Might want to look at CFS and also anemia. I have experienced weakness, fatigue and stiffness -which I could call "heavy muscles". Most notably, it prevents me from getting into the shower to start my day. One more observation; when I am having a flare with these symptoms and I go for a massage (the only thing that helps), the masseuse has observed that there is a type of swelling under my skin. I've wondered if that could be inflamed fascia.

I’ve never thought of cfs before? It’s not anemia though. Sometimes my skin feels like it hurts. It’s just ridiculously painful and I’m gonna have to try a massage. I haven’t done that yet.

I've had Fibromyalgia & CF for 19yrs. Yes sometimes I feel like my legs are made of concrete. And years ago I couldn't even wear clothes because it hurt. I understand but that hasn't happened in years. So hopefully it won't last forever for you either
I find massage therapy really helps!
