Does a uti cause any type of swelling in the scrotum for a male?

Hi, so I started experiencing very minor pain in my scrotum roughly four days ago, and since then I’ve been experiencing minor swelling in my left testicle. I just wanted to ask if this could be caused by a uti?

The pain I’ve been feeling is a very mild one, it’s something I can barely feel, but I have felt that over the span of the four days it’s been gradually increasing. I’ve also been experiencing frequent urination as well.

I took a uti test and it turned out positive, I am not sexually active.

I know that it’s probably epididymitis, but I don’t have insurance, and I don’t have the money for a doctors visit right now unless it’s serious.
