Do you ever get off doxycycline after getting sepsis

I had a spinal fusion and laminectomy C3 -T5 after the stitches were removed the site broke open and I got sepsis I spent a week in Ascension St. Thomas hospital in Nashville I came home with a pic line and 8 weeks of antibiotics then put on doxycycline twice a day. Now I am always tired low energy and feel nauseated all the time . Has anyone had sepsis did you ever get off the doxycycline and did your energy level ever return .
