Directed blood donations prior to Whipple

Family and friends would like to do directed blood donations before my husband's Whipple surgery. We got the form from OneBlood but when we sent it by message to the surgeon's office, they replied "they don't do that." Has anyone been able to get the form completed.

@kmango Hi and welcome to Mayo Connect. I personally know very little about oneblood and their directed blood donations program. I do know that they are mainly in the southeast part of the US. Are you in that area? How does the oneblood directed blood donation process work? Thanks.
