Dilated cardiomyopathy

Has anyone had dilated cardiomyopathy as a result of going through chemo? Curious to know your symptoms and how you’re being treated. I underwent 6 rounds of chemo in 2023, followed by 4 weeks of low dose radiation. (I had stage 2 non Hodgkin lymphoma) although I know you can’t prove it- my suspicion is that the dilated cardiomyopathy is a side affect of treatment because I’ve never had any previous heart issues/concerns. I am 39 yr old
