Did anyone have an Arytenoidectomy and how did it go? That’s for wide

Did anyone get Arytenoidectomy to widen your paralyzed vocal cords? I’m afraid to get it done because if it should fail the results are irreversible.

No. I have not. I understand the fear you have. I have bilatrral vocal chord mm paralysis caused mn v ynthyroid surgery 20 years a GG o. If you believe in God, ask His opinion and to guide you. His wisdom is first of all peaceable. If you do not have any peace about it, don't do it would be my advice.
