Diagnosed with MCTD recently. RNP 1.5, Reynauds and swollen fingers.

Hi,
I am new to this group and in general to support groups. This is my first. I am a 37 old female. All was going well until a week back when I had an episode of extreme exhaustion, body aches, joint pain, chills and nausea. I have had Reynauds for about 2 years now and have developed joint pain in the feet and my fingers arr swollen. RNP came back at 1.5. My Rhumetalogist didnt think that was high. But put on Prednisone 5mg and Hydrochoroquine 200mg onve daily. Intial evaluation was MCTD. Did anyone have similar lab counts and symptoms? What to expect from here? I am worried as I have a family that is very dependent on me.
Thank you.
