Diagnosed with a pulmonary-embolism after child birth

Can u beat a pulmonary-embolism I have the odds against me. I am currently 18 weeks pregnant I had a child a year and a half ago and incurred a pulmonary embolism I did have the flue at the time and I vape is this caused by the vape or just bad genes with blood clots I’m terrified as it’s life threatening and I’m having another child.

Continued- I’m on a blood thinner colexene sometimes I forget to take it iv have to inject it every night for the whole pregnancy and 6 weeks after birth it’s a lot to deal with. At what point is this high risk I’m so scared
