Dexamethasone, anyone prescribed this drug for itchiness?

I was diagnosed with T-Cell Lymphoma (Sezary Syndrome) a year ago. With itchiness being one of the most uncomfortable of the symptoms I was prescribed prednisone. When I complained that taking this in the morning I was not getting relief through the night, I was prescribed Dexamethasone (2mg) and which seems to be helping. Anyone else taking & experiencing side effects?

Just this week my oncologist recommended increasing dosage to 2mg twice a day. Going to try that for a few days & see if there is any insomnia issues.
Next week I will resume ECP blood treatment which should improve the skin. Hopeful
