Depression - Could SIBO or Candibactin BR be causing this?

I have SIBO and I started taking Candibactin (br, NOT ar) about a week ago. Since that time, I've noticed that I've been feeling depressed and would like to know what's going on... if this is just me and life stressors or if there's a biological component to it. Could the Candibactin be causing this (either as a medication side effect or as a die-off reaction)? I'm tired of being in a funk and I guess I'm trying to figure out if it makes sense to switch to a different medication, or if this is a natural part of the healing process, or what?

@geekygirl9, I think you are probably not alone in your condition and what you are feeling.
While we wait for members to share their experiences with you, I am hoping that because you chose what you did for a member name, you like to search for answers and figure things out. Hi there and thanks! Gee, I didn't know Connect could do that; I'm looking through what you found. Yeah, I'm a mathlete, and my favorite question is "Why, why, why... ??" XD Unfortunately, I've been playing detective with my gut for years now with mostly small success, but it is exciting and satisfying when I do find breakthroughs. I waited a long time to get in to see a Mayo GI, but when I finally did get into Mayo, I saw a neurosurgeon first and surprisingly he did more for my gut than any GI ever had. Apparently, scoliosis was compressing my organs and destroying my motility, and I get this super cool kind of aha! moment now looking back and noticing that my issues suddenly got impossible to manage right when my curve got really bad. There was a reason why just taking more MiraLAX didn't work! That gives me hope that there must be explanations for what I'm still going through.
