Have you been prescribed this medication, or are you taking it currently? Do you have a specific question we can help you answer?
Ginger
My doctor is recommending it. Looks like there are problems with sleep.
Thanks.
@myacct123 I was prescribed Paxil at one time. I’m not taking it now. It did not interfere with my sleep and in fact it helped me with sleep and was very helpful for me for anxiety.
My husband was out on it and it is working well for us. Sleep seems to be no issue. He is sleeping alot. But he is not angry, yelling and crying anymore. So I am thankful for that.
Does Paxil make you gain weight?
No he has not gained any weight. But with lbd he doesnt eat normally. He sleeps anywhere until 12-2 pm. He will eat fruit and maybe leftover. Then small amount food for supper. He does love his bakery sweets and icecream.
Not me. I have been taking it for a longtime.
From past use I think it was a good medication for me.
I was given Paxil for anxiety many years ago, I remember it worked very well for me and I felt good for the first time in years. I remained on them for just under two years and then I stopped them with a weaning program, they did cause me some weight gain but very little and it goes down after you stop talking them.
Typo- I meant taking not talking lol
