Dealing with RS3PE and chronic back pain

I was diagnosed with RS3PE this past spring 2025. Currently taking methotrexate and decreasing prednisone 1mg per month. Looking for other RS3PE patients and their treatments. I also have several spinal issues, chronic back pain, that put me on disability in 2017. How are you all managing chronic pain, fatigue, frustration?

I have symptoms similar to RS3PE, but mine are associated with scleroderma. Methotrexate may help with joints inflammation. Some people are staying on this drug for years.
For pain, oral Ibuprofen may also help, if tolerated long term. Coated tablet taken with food is safer to use to protect the stomach from bleeding.
