@shilo, while we wait for members to reply, I’d like to list some information from Mayo Clinic, which you might find useful.
Mayo Clinic colorectal surgeons specialize in removal (resection) of complex tumors affecting multiple organs and structures in the abdomen and pelvis. The colorectal surgery practice at Mayo Clinic has particular expertise in procedures that help avoid the need for a colostomy and that preserve the nearby nerves that are essential for normal bowel, bladder and sexual function.

I also found two recent studies about factors that determine LARS, and bowel function following anterior resection, using the low anterior resection syndrome (LARS) score:

Hi @shilo ..I am so sorry your feeling this way. Something surely does not sound right. I had a foot of my colon removed almost 3 yrs ago now and i have not experienced anything like you are feeling.
What kind of tests were done by your local Dr"s?
Did they do any CT scans, Blood work, Ultra sounds??
You absolutely need to get into Mayo Clinic for second evaluation. Mayo Clinic will choose the Dr that will best be able to evaluate your case.
Make your you go get all your medical records so they can evaluate them prior to your appointment. That helped them out a lot with my case.
Praying you get relief very soon.
