Hello. I was diagnosed with mild CSVD at age 53. ( Last March ) I have other illnesses, but was not expecting this. I don't have high BP, diabetes, or most things that are associated with CSVD. I was experiencing headaches which is nothing new for many years, and that prompted a MRI. As I am experiencing a few symptoms, I'm trying to stay positive throughout this new journey and read your comments to learn what you are experiencing.

I also have CSVD. Everyone is likely to experience this to some degree as they get older. It can progress very slowly, along with the associated symptoms. Since there is nothing you can effectively do to alter its course you just have to ride it out and not dwell on it.
My issues are mainly balance and gait problems, but it all depends on what area(s) of your brain are involved. A positive note about your MRI is it doesn't mention lacunar infarcts, which often go hand in hand with CSVD (I've had several). This more or less confirms that your case is mild.
I would suggest that you monitor yourself for coronary artery disease and carotid blockages since the same mechanism that causes your CSVD is responsible for these problems as well. To be forewarned is to be forearmed! It might be a good idea to have a CAC test and a carotid ultrasound. Based on your age I wouldn't expect either to be an issue but at least you'll have a baseline for the future.
Easier said than done but try to not stress over this. Also, I am not familiar with CSVD causing headaches so I doubt that there is a causal relationship there, but you can verify that with your doctor. It is more than likely that your mild CSVD is asymptomatic.
