Craniosacral Therapy

Has anyone ever tried craniosacral therapy for fibromyalgia relief? Any luck? I read that it might help but don't know a lot about it. I don't want anyone causing more pain. I know that I can't have massages. Any information would be helpful.

It helped me with headaches. It’s very gentle…unless you get a therapist that doesn’t know what gentle is! Even that one didn’t cause lasting pain…just in the moment! Sounds like you would need someone very experienced and gentle. It wasn’t long lasting but it helped!
