Are there medicines that should be paused before COVID vaccine?

Am due for my third Repatha shot (taken every two weeks) on Wednesday. So far no reaction. However, I’d like to get the Moderna Covid shot and wondered if I should space out the time between the Repatha and the Covid shot. I’m also debating on which of the new shots might be best…I have a heart condition and an aneurysm. Most important right now is can I take both the Repatha and Moderna shots fairly close together?
