Could Besremi be increasing my normal little pains?

I've only been on Besremi for 3 months. Up till now, I've had no side effects. I am currently at 200 mcg and holding. I'm actually trying Besremi for Pre Fibrotic Primary Myelofibrosis. It is in phase 2 clinical trials and showing much promise for this disease. My blood numbers are not that bad, mostly high platelets. Recently it seems as though a few of my normal little pains have increased significantly. Has anyone on Besremi experienced this? It could very well be just a coincidence?????
