COPD plus PE. Alternative treatments

Taking Spiriva for COPD and Xarelto for PE and on oxygen when I am outdoors. My blood oxygen level drops below 90 when off the oxygen and I am putting on my socks and shoes. Goes up to 95-96 when I sit still after I complete putting them on. Could being off O2 for this short time be dangerous? Any alternative or complimentary treatment suggestions
