Convalescence Plasma Therapy

I have had Long Covid for quite sometime. Been infected 3-4 times. Vaccinated. At least I think it is Long Covid. All my Dr’s have no idea. I have serious fatigue and nerve issues in my feet, fatigue that forces me to bed for days on end. Has anyone had experience with this treatment, convalescence plasma therapy for Long Covid? Thanks in advance.

my husband keeps telling me I need a blood transfusion to get all this virus cleared from body. Ive not seen any posts or evidence from this kind of treatment, but I've tried just about everything else.
