My husband was diagnosed in March- the cancer was stage 1, quickly followed by the cirrhosis diagnosis. .has anyone had any experience with treatment for this situation? Thank you in advance.
My latest update is that an MRI and a PET scan can’t find the tumour…. Nothing is advancing, blood work etc is improving, and I’ve had no treatment, although there’s an outstanding blood test that’s imperative (went overseas for testing) that may throw some light on what’s really going on! Symptoms of cancer, but no supporting tumour!!!!!! My oncologist thinks immunotherapy is an option, so that’s where I’m at!
Hopefully, like you, there’s a resolution and a return to some normalcy of life! Or, at least, an improvement on what symptoms and pain etc I currently suffer from!
@jmcws I truly hope the docs can find the reason for your suffering. Not knowing and wondering is so stressing. Most of us want answers so we can get on with the fix. Very best wishes to you!!
