Colonoscopy two months after cdiff infection

I had c diff for 2 months. Was on vancomycin twice for 2 weeks each time, then was finally prescribed dificid which thankfully worked and cured my symptoms. I am not two months post dificid and scheduled for a colonoscopy in 3 weeks. Has anyone had a colonoscopy after recovery!? I am nervous the prep process will trigger a c diff relapse.
