I also am on a 4-dose run of Rituxan to treat warm autoimmune hemolytic anemia associated with CLL. It doesn't seem to be working (after 3 doses.) My question is, since I also receive IvIG infusions monthly to help my immune system, how do they treat the anemia with immunosuppressants if Rituxan doesn't work? Stop the IvIG? I thought I had a good hematology team but none of this is explained to me.
