Chronic itch with no medical reason

Does anyone suffer from a chronically itchy scalp, arms and end of the nostrils with no known medical reason? I've been to a dermatologist and an allergist, and have had a full battery of tests. I do not have dry skin and have tried a multitude of products. Anyone else in the same situation?

Thank you jan, I’ll be trying the Calcipotriene and Calmoseptine.

I have similar issue. Itchy scalp for about 4 years. Ive been to the dermatologist and all they do is give me ketoconazole and steroid spray; there has been zero improvement. There's no redness or flakes, only this annoying itch.

I’m not sure this is your issue however one of the most common causes of body skin itching is full soaping “hot” showers. Washing one’s entire body with soap is totally unnecessary and washes off the natural body oils. The only areas that require soap are areas of high perspiration and anus. The rest of the body, unless visibly dirty only needs a “ warm” shower. Do not use antibacterial soap since it can change the normal skin microbiome and allow resistant pathological bacteria to grow.
