Yes. I stopped Lupron in 2022. But in November, 2024, I was shocked when the skin covered the glans. It has not returned to normal.

I was only on ADT for six months but lost almost two inches that I haven't gained back despite using the pump and PDE 5 inhibitors. The base of my penis is now extremely narrow while the top half has more girth than before. It's kind of disgusting and really depressing. Makes me keep the lights off when with a partner or just avoid sex altogether.

I had RT and ADT and my penis and testicles changed drastically. I lost a good 2 inches in length of penis with changes in color (darker and veins are more prominent) and excessive skin at head and narrower base. Testicles are now half the size they used to be.
Totally agree that it is depressing to have this negative self-body image. I see it and feel it every time I shower, get dressed or use the toilet.
Trying to stay positive about it but sometimes it works and other times not.

my testicles shrunk , were once huge egg sized, but now small lima bean size, always had a long fleshy scrotum, but now it hangs so much longer, 7" slaps against my thigh, its so uncomfortable, and get in the way with the small testicles , getting lost

prior to surgery my penis was above average , but have lost 2" 's easy and my testicles have shrunk to lima bean size, and my scrotum has gotten long loose and fleshy, looking empty, with my tiny testicles, I had 8 weeks of radiation, and a Lupron shot, ( a 6 month depot) My body image is horrible, fat around waist line ( love handles ) , and man breasts formed, embarrassed to visit pool and beach, I need to except it, but its difficult, was a time I enjoyed the nude beach and pool, and not self conscious in the gym shower, that's all gone

same here ,I need to sit to urinate, my penis glans is now surrounded with wide thick fleshy shaft skin, if I don't pull it back, I'll urinate down along my long fleshy scrotum, not a pleasant thing

that sounds unique, narrowing at the base, you would think it would widen at the glans, its depressing for all of us to accept our penis and scrotum changes, but were still vertical, are picture sending allowed ?
