My Mom has Bronchectasis. Her sputum has changed from yellow to a little green. What does this mean?

Check with her pulmonologist. That could indicate infection. Green is never a good sign.
When that happens to me I increase my airway clearance, then watch a bit. I contact pulmonary if I start to feel ill and/or the sputum amount increases and sputum darkens etc.

1 ReactionAlso drink more fluids to thin out mucus, and as others stated, check to see if there are other symptoms, fever, rash, pain, swelling, etc. And check with Dr.
