What does the word central mean in your question?
I have been diagnosed with Central apnea 25 years ago; although, I have had it most of my life (I'm currently 69). The Bipap has been a lifesaver! It took me a few months to get used to it, BUT IT WORKS!!! Stick with it, you'll be glad you did.
