Center of chest and right lung pain

I've had this pain for 11 months. I've been to a lot of Drs. with no answer. The pain starts in the center of my chest maybe esophagus and radiates to my right lung. I've been treated for hypersensitive esophagus with no results. Then had a stress test and found an artery 90 percent blocked so I had an angioplasty with a stent placed. Doctors thought for sure that would solve my problem but a month later it's as bad as before. The pain only occurs when I'm up and doing anything. It subsides when I recline or lay down. I do exercises laying down for 20 minutes with no pain ever, but when I walk or stand the pain starts after 10 minutes. It doesn't take any type of exertion for the pain to start but will always subside completely when I sit and recline or lay down. Not sure where to go from here.
