Celiac Disease/IBS and Tachycardia

Does anyone diagnosed with Celiac Disease, IBS or any other GI condition have episodes of tachycardia (fast heart rate)? I have issues with my ascending colon and am wondering if my intestine is pressing on anything causing the tachycardia.

Yes I have 2 independent symptoms with that. So I have yet to receive a diagnosis but I have an extremely elevated HR when my body temperature goes up. Sitting in the sauna it hit 155. I was in for 16 minutes. Also it will beat very forcefully for no reason something even when he is low. During exercise and after stays very elevated. I'm 37 in good physical shape. Trying to figure it out. Need all the help I can get cause the doctors by me have no clue.
