Cavitary MAC/MAI and choosing no drug treatment ?

Curious if anyone has had a diagnosis of MAC intracellulare (MAI) with a cavity and chosen to have no drug treatment?

I sometimes coughed during nebulization but the increased cough in the first few weeks was from a big increase in sputum, which settled after a while
