catching cold

What do you do right away when you see you might caught a cold? I started coughing and my sinus seems to be stuffed- its Saturday and there is no doctor. What do you do right away- I read once in one of the posts that you increase the number of times you nebulize with 7% saline solotion. Did anybody use duo neb as well?

I'm not familiar with Duoneb but it is usually recommended to increase airway clearance techniques when we have increased amounts of sputum or symptoms of infection.
