Can long term use of abilify and/or Paxil cause permanent dopamine dis

Since getting results of genetic testing I've been looking at symptoms in a different light. I guess I burn through dopamine quickly, or likely do, based on genetic and history of MDD. After tapering off of Paxil, and then abilify, I developed insomnia, muscle soreness, and occasional weird neurological spells. This has been going on for 3-ish years. Now I'm experiencing extreme mental and physical fatigue. I sometimes literally can't make complex decisions, plans, or mentally do simple math. ADHD? Antidepressant Discontinuation Syndrome? Nutrient deficiency? Long Covid? Some sort of autoimmune thing? I've gone down so many rabbit holes already. Doctors reluctant to think outside of the box.
